SOUTH EAST DISTT Dated:-27.04.13 Inter state conman arrested. More than 10000 investors duped. Wanted in cheating cases in Goa, Maharashtra, Gujrat, Rajasthan etc. With the arrest of one Bhoop Singh @ Bhanu S/o Sh. Surgyan Singh R/o T-76/A-238, Jagdamba Appartment, Sagar Pur, New Delhi also at A- 19 Anand Vihar Nangli Sakrawati Main Najafgarh Road, the local police has worked out the two cases of Maharashtra Police vide C.R. No. 195/2011, U/S 420/120(B)/ IPC and 4/5/6 of PCMC Act 1978 and U/S 3 of MPID Act 1999, P.S. Mahatma Phule Chowk, Kalyan, (EOW Thane), Maharashtra and C.R. No. 153/2012, U/S 420/120(B)/ IPC & 4/5/6 of PCMC Act 1978 & U/S 3 of MPID Act 1999, P.S. Laxmipuri, Kolha Pur, Maharashtra. More such cases are also likely to be worked out. Bhoop Singh @ Bhanu is wanted in many Police stations. “Look out circular” was also issued against him. An information about the movement of one Bhoop Singh @ Bhanu who has duped more than 20000 investors across the country and is wanted in several cases/complaints in Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat, Rajasthan and other places was received by Inspector Pankaj Singh SHO/Jamia Nagar. This information was developed and on 25/04/2013 a team comprising of S.I. Chandan Kumar, Ct. Vikram Singh and Ct. Surender under the leadership of Insp. Pankaj Singh, SHO/Jamia Nagar and under over all Supervision of Sh. H.M. Bakshi, ACP/NFC apprehended Bhoop Singh @ Bhanu S/o Sh. Surgyan Singh R/o T-76/A-238, Jagdamba Appartment, Sagar Pur, New Delhi and also has another abode at A- 19 Anand Vihar Nangli Sakrawati Main Najafgarh Road, He was caught while driving a Ford Endevour. Bhoop Singh @ Bhanu was subjected to sustained interrogation, during which he broke down and confessed that he and one Shan-e-illahi made a plan to open a MLM Company, i.e. Multi Level Marketing Company. Modus Operandi:- They initially started a MLM company under the name and style of Shine Mutli Trade India Private Limited in Jaipur, Rajasthan and also opened a branch office in Thane. They offered a plan that anybody could become the member of the company by depositing Rs 9999/- he would get good profit and if a member would rope in more and more members he would get handsome profit, gifts, bonus etc. Initially they paid handsome profit to the investors to lure more investors due to which 23000 customers got registered with MLM and after collecting huge amount to the tunes of 23 crores, they shut their office and flee to some other destination after closing all their mobile numbers and websites. At the new place they would come up with a different company name, website and mobile numbers. Shane Illahi reportedly has fled to Nepal. They used the same modus operandi in Goa, Gujarat and Maharashtra. Interrogation revealed that they have collected about 100 crores by duping customers. Four cases have been registered against them in Maharashtra. Warrant of arrest were also issued against them by Mumbai Court. There are several complaints/ cases in other places also, which is being verified. The facts were verified from the concerned police station and found true. A request for detaining the accused was also received from P.S. Mahatma Phule Chowk, Thane, Maharashtra. On requisition the accused was arrested at P.S. Jamia Nagar, New Delhi. Investigating officer from EOW, Thane has also arrived in Delhi for taking over custody of Bhim Singh @ Bhanu. Profile of accused persons:- 1. Bhoop Singh @ Bhanu S/o Sh. SURAJ @PRADEEP@ BABLU @ KANAA BC OF MANGOL PURI ARRESTED With the arrest of Suraj @Pradeep@ Bablu @ Kanaa s/o Gulab Singh r/o H No X- 81, Jhuggi Mangol Puri, Delhi Age 29 Yrs, Anti- Snatching Cell, headed by Inspector Surender Singh Rathee in supervision of Sh. Hem Chand ACP Head Quarter Outer district has worked out a case of Murder of PS Sultan Puri. • INCIDENT FIR No 98/13 dated 02/02/13 u/s 302 IPC PS Sultan Puri, Delhi On 02.02.13, an information was received through PCR at PS Sultan Puri at 07:15 PM regarding stabbing of a person at C-Block,’ Kumharon ki basti wala road nale ke pass. Police found one person in un conscious condition with multiple stab injuries. He was taken to the SGM Hospital, Mangol Puri. Later on he succumbed to injuries during treatment. The above case was registered and investigation taken up by Local Police. • TEAM On 26.04.13, on the basis of secret information of Ct Navrang a Team of Anti-Snatching Cell Outer District, comprising of SI Sumit Kumar, HC Niranjan, Ct. Dharmender headed by Insp Surender Singh Rathee in supervision of Sh Hem Chand, ACP Head Quarter Outer District have arrested Suraj @ Pradeep @ Bablu @ Kana R/o H No X-81, Jhuggi Mangol Puri, Delhi at about 10 PM near P-1 Block, Sultan Puri near Nala Peer Baba Mazar by HC Nin the area PS Sultan Puri • INTERROGATION Bablu @ Pradeep @ Suraj @ Kana S/o Gulab Singh R/o H. No.X-81, Jhuggi, Mangol Puri, Delhi revealed during interrogation that aafter his release from jail in January, he started pick-pocketing with one Prem of Sultan Puri C Block. Both were smack addicts. They used to take smack in the Jhuggi of Prem in the evening and distribute their butty of pick-pocketing. On 02.02.13 after taking smack, a altercation took place between them about the distribution butty, which led to physical scuffling, when Prem tried to overpower Babloo, he stabbed Prem with the help of knife which he used to carry while committing the crime. Prem threaten to report the matter to police. Babloo didn’t want to be arrested again by police so he murdered Prem by multiple stabbing. He went away with the knife and has hidden it. He absconded from his home. He used to come often to X- Block Mangol Puri to meet his mother in late hours in night to collect money for his expenses during absconding. On 26.04.13 he was going to meet his mother and was apprehended by police.
