TEAM:- On 05.05.2013 an information was received that gang of dacoits will assemble at A-B Block park of DSIDC for committing dacoity in a factory at DSIDC. On this information, a special team consisting of Inspr. Abhinendra Jain, SHO/Narela, SI Mahabir Singh, HC Jasbir 1555/OD, HC Chaten 246/OD, Ct. Jasvinder 2868/OD, Ct. Dinesh 1426/OD, Ct. Dinesh 1427/OD, Ct. Dinesh 2937/OD, Ct. Sarjeet 1308/OD, Ct. Arvind 1949/OD, Ct. Satbir 2193,Ct. Rinku 2108/OD, Ct. Dipti 634/OD under the close supervision of Sh. Rajiv Ranjan Singh, ACP/Alipur was constituted, which apprehended five persons red handed who were making preparations for committing dacoity and recovered two .32 Pistols, one 9 MM Pistol, two country made Pistol and fifteen lives cartridges, and two stolen motor cycles from their possession. A case FIR No. 294/13 U/S 399/402 IPC has been registered and the investigation of the case taken up by SI Kamal Singh. INVESTIGATION & ARREST:- The team worked hard over night with great conviction and utmost sincerity and developed information about the criminals. On 05.05.2013, on a tip off Sanjay S/o Wazir Chand R/o 2391 Dhram kata wali gali, Mandi extn, Near Tuteja Hospital, Narela, Delhi. Jitender @ Poli S/o Samay Singh R/o Vill Jharothee, PS Kharkhoda, Distt. Sonipat, Haryana. Sandeep Dahiya S/o Karan Singh R/o Vill Jharothee, PS Kharkhoda, Distt. Sonipat, Haryana., Narela, Delhi.Gopal @ Goppi S/o Ram Singh R/o H.No. 6/13 Vishnu puri Colony, Near Civil Hospital, Ganaur, Sonipat, Haryana. Sunil S/o Jagbir R/o Vill.- Kishora, PO Kumaspur, PS Murthal, Distt. Sonipat, Haryana were arrested from A, B- Block park of DSIIDC Narela, Delhi with two .32 Pistols, one 9 MM Pistol, two country made Pistol and fifteen lives cartridges recovered and two stolen Motor Cycle were also recovered. INTERROGATION:- During the course of investigation the accused persons disclosed that they had gathered in the park for committing dacoity in a factory. On further investigation it was revealed that Sanjay is involved approximately in hundred cases of theft, robbery, dacoity, attempt to murder etc. He was wanted in case FIR No. 157/13 and 158/13 U/s 307/34 IPC 25/27 A.Act. He is the BC of PS Narela. Gopal @ Goppi is involved in seven cases of theft, rape, robbery, dacoity and attempt to murder. He has been convicted in case FIR No. 268/10 u/s 302/307/452 IPC and sentenced for life imprisonment. He was granted parole 2/1/2 months ago but he jumped parole. Accused Sandeep is involved in six cases of theft robbery dacioty he is wanted in case FIR No. 35/13 u/s 302/34 IPC PS Kharkhoda. Accused Jitender is involved in one Arms Act case and wanted in Case FIR NO. 35/13 U/S 302/34 IPC PS Kharkhoda. Accused Sunil is involved in six cases of rape, theft, robbery, assault and Arms Act in different Police Stations of Sonipat Distt. Haryana. PROFILE OF ACCUSED SANJAY S/O WAZIR CHAND: Accused Sanjay was born in the year 1980 in a poor family. He studied up to 12th class. He aspired to earn more money in a short span of time. Thus he fell in bad company and met one Vikas and started committing thefts and robberies. He is involved in approximately 100 cases of robbery, theft, dacoity and attempt to murder. Dated: 6.5.13 PRESS RELEASE BURGLARS ARRESTED Two burglar namely Munniruddin & Shiekh Mufizal both S/o Sheikh Mehboob were arrested for stealing two mobile phone from a locked house by the staff of P.S. Subhash Place. INCIDENT On 03/05/13 complainant Vivek Bhatia resident of Pitampura, Delhi had reported that on 02/05/13 he along with his family members had gone out for a picnic after getting house locked from outside. On return from picnic, he found that the lock of the main entrance of the house & of one bedroom was broken. On inspection he found two mobile phones missing from his bedroom. Accordingly a case vide FIR No. 184/13 u/s 380/457/411/34 IPC was registered in this regard and investigation was taken up. INVESTIGATION On 04/05/13, on the basis of secret information two accused persons were arrested and stolen property was recovered from their possession. Both the accused persons are real brother and came to Delhi 20 years back and working as a Rag picker from childhood. They committed this crime in order to fulfill their urge for coming out of poverty and leading a stable life. Dated: 05.05.2013 CRIME BRANCH PRESS RELEASE „« A CRIMINAL, WANTED IN KIDNAPPING AND RAPE CASE, ON THE RUN FOR THE LAST 7 YEARS, ARRESTED. INFORMATION, TEAM AND OPERATION: An input was received that a criminal involved in kidnapping and rape case of a minor girl and who is absconding for the last 7 years, is hiding somewhere in Maharashtra. To develop this information further, a team was formed comprising of of SI Virender, HCs Naveen Pandey and Anil Kumar of Anti Kidnapping Section, under the close supervision of ACP VK Dham and guidance of Addl. DCP Kumar Gyanesh. The information was also corroborated from other sources that this criminal is hiding in a rented kholi at a very lonely place in Gayatri Nagar Pahadi, Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. The criminal has been vary cautious and was not in contact with any of his family members. He had also removed all his photographs from his native place to conceal his identity and thereby avoid arrest. Acting on this reliable information, a raid was conducted in front of Utsav Restaurant, Kalyan Road, Bhiwandi, Maharashtra and at the instance of informer, the accused was arrested. He was identified as Akram s/o Ashiq Ali a notive of Jaunpur, UP. INTERROGATION: During interrogation, the accused confessed that he had kidnapped a minor girl from Delhi in the month of October-2006 and had forcibly taken her to Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. The girls was rescued by the police team and brought back to her family in Delhi after two days. However, Akram managed to evade arrest since last 7 years. PROFILE: Akram s/o Ashiq Ali r/o VPO Lohinda, PS Sujanganj, Distt. Jaunpur, UP, is 26 years old and 11th pass from Jaunpur. He is married and has 3 children. He was working as thread cutter in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra since last few years. CASE WORKED OUT: Case FIR No 400/06 dated 04/10/06 u/s 363/376/328/34 IPC, of PS D.B.G. Road, Delhi. The investigation of this case was lateron transferred to Crime Branch since the local police were unable to trace the accused Akram. The officers were directed to make all out efforts to trace and arrest the accused.
