BURGLARY CASE WORKED OUT AND CASE PROPERTY RECOVERED
The staff of PS Adarsh Nagar of North West District has arrested three persons namely Rinku @ Samsher, Deepak @ Deepu and Deepak and recovered the theft property from their possession.
INCIDENT
On 6.4.13 at night, shutter of three shops were found broken in the area of Lal Bagh. The shops owners Sh. Rajkumar, Sh. Prabhu Yadav and Lal Singh stated that 25-30 mobile phones, gas cylinders and some cash were stolen from their shops. The inspections of the shops were conducted by the crime team of North West Distt. Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 95/13 dated 7.4.13 u/s 457/380 IPC was registered at Police Station Adarsh Nagar in this regard and for another burglary taken place in TPT Center, a case vide FIR No. 91/13 dated 03.04.13 u/s 457/380 IPC PS Adarsh Nagar was also registered.
TEAM
A team under the supervision of Inspr. Praveen Kumar, SHO/Adarsh Nagar consisting of SI Anil Kumar, ASI Raju Yadav, HC Ved Prakesh 144/NW, Ct Rahul 1395/NW, Ct Surjeet 1997/NW and Ct. Jai Bhagwan 1436/NW was formed to apprehend the alleged persons in this case.
INVESTIGATION
In the night intervening of 20/21.5.13 based on a secret information, the team was checking at Transport Center behind petrol pump gali where three persons namely Rinku @ Samsher, Deepak @ Deepu and Deepak were stopped while they were carrying 3 gas cylinders and one micromax mobile phone to dispose off. They could not give any satisfactory reply in this regard. During interrogation, they disclosed about the incidents of burglary in Lal Bagh and Transport Center. Further investigation of this case is in progress.

2. Accused Deepak @ Depu S/o Ramesh R/o H.No. 334, Khumar Wali Gali Azadpur, permanent Address :- Vill- Matiyana Kushal pur, PS-Dhampur, Bijnour (UP) was born in 1989 at his native village in UP .
3. Accused Deepak S/o Sarvan R/o N-25/B-43 Lal Bagh Azadpur Delhi was born in the in 1988 and is a school dropout.

Auto lifter arrested red handed
The picket staff of PS Swaroop Nagar showed a dedication and alertness in their duties which causes an auto lifter namely Amit Rathi @ Pille s/o Dharambir Rathi r/o village Manana, PS Samalkha, Distt. Panipat, Haryana aged 19 years was arrested and solved a case of autolifting.
INCIDENT
The night picket staff at Ganda Nala, Swaroop Nagar namely HC Ram Kumar No. 92/NW, Ct Sunil Dutt No. 1704/NW, and Ct Fateh No. 1325/NW have shown tremendous alertness during the vehicle checking in the intervening night of 20/21.5.13 and apprehended a person namely Amit Rathi @ Pille S/o Dharambir rathi R/o Village Manana, PS Samalkha, Distt. Panipat, Haryana with a stolen motorcycle No. DL 8 S AM 3668. The complainant Rakesh Singh Bisht resident of Kadipur, Delhi stated that he alongwith his friend Amit and Monu came at Gali No. 1, D-78, Swaroop Nagar for dropping the Monu who was in drunken condition on his motor cycle No. DL 8SAM 3668. He further stated that he parked his motor cycle before the house of Monu and took him to inside with the help of his friend Amit. In the meantime, he listened the starting voice of his motor cycle which was parked by him in front of the house of Monu. He came outside at once and saw that one youthwho was wearing red T-shirt stole his motor cycle and went towards the Ganda Nala pul, Swaroop Nagar. He made a PCR call and chased the youthwith his friend Amit. Thereafter, he reached at Ganda Nala pul and found that the said youthwas apprehended by the picket staff with his stolen motor cycle No. DL 8S AM 3668. Accordingly, a case FIR No. 134/13 u/s 379/411 IPC PS Swaroop Nagar was registered in this regard. During investigation, the aforesaid youthwas arrested. On sustained interrogation, he disclosed that he stole the motor cycle just for joy ride. The investigation is still under progress to know the connection of youth with any network of auto lifting

NOTORIOUS AUTO LIFTERS ARRESTED
The staff of Police Station Tilak Nagar, West District has done a good work by arresting two autolifters namely Yogender Singh @ Vicky and Babloo. With their arrest one button activated knife and three stolen motorcycles have been recovered. They were previously involved in 03 other criminal cases.

1. Yogender Singh @ Vicky s/o Pursotam r/o C-1/80 Sultanpuri, Delhi, age 19 years.
2. Babloo s/o Udeybir Singh r/o ¼ Prem Nagar 2nd Nangloi, Delhi, age 20 years.

INFORMATION AND OPERATION
With a view to check auto lifting in the area of police station Tilak Nagar, a special picket was deployed for checking of vehicles at Ganda Nala Tilak Nagar on 21.05.13. Ct. Dalip No 940/W and Bhoop Singh No.2361/W were deputed on this picket. At about 9 PM, two persons came from Sant Nagar Extn. on a motorcycle No.DL-4S-3612. Police personnel posted at the picket tried to stop them for checking, but they tried to run away. Due to alertness of the police personnel on duty they were apprehended. Later on they were identified as Yogender Singh @ Vicky and Babloo. The motor cycle was checked and found to be stolen from police station Aman Vihar vide FIR No 204/13 u/s 379 IPC. On sustained interrogation they disclosed their involvement in other instances of auto theft and 02 other motor cycles bearing No DL- 8 SAN 8470 Hunk M/Cycle and DL – 8 SAM 8977 Bajaj Pulsar have been recovered on the instance of the above said accused persons.
Police personnel involved in the good work are being rewarded suitably.
